My Journey

I grew up in the Mojave High Desert and Joshua Tree area—barefoot and curious, always in motion. As a kid, I was constantly playing sports, climbing rocks, riding bikes, and making music. That active lifestyle gave me a love of movement—but also led to injuries that stayed with me into adulthood: multiple bike crashes, spinal compression, a broken elbow that required surgeries, and hip issues that affected my gait.

I tried physical therapy and yoga, which helped to some degree. But something still felt off. My body wasn’t fully healing, and I sensed a deeper imbalance I couldn’t quite reach.

Then a friend introduced me to Hellerwork Structural Integration, and everything changed.

Within the first two sessions, I felt a new kind of relief—something deeper than anything I’d experienced. I began noticing how I walked, how I breathed, how my posture shaped my presence. It wasn’t just about releasing tension; it was about becoming more connected to myself. Each session opened up new awareness and access to parts of my body—and my life—I hadn’t realized were closed.

By the end of the 11-session series, I felt like I was moving through the world with more ease, clarity, and balance. The physical pain had lessened, yes—but more than that, my mind was clearer, my emotions more grounded, and my relationship to my body had transformed.

That experience lit a spark. I had been exploring various healing paths—acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, Ayurveda—but Hellerwork was the one that truly spoke to me. It combined hands-on bodywork with postural education, movement awareness, and emotional integration. It was holistic in every sense of the word.

In 2019, I committed to studying Hellerwork Structural Integration. Despite the challenges of COVID during my training, I graduated in 2021 and began offering this work to my community.

Since then, I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds—from young children to elders, athletes to artists, those in acute pain to those simply seeking more connection, vitality, and freedom in their lives. I’ve collaborated with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and holistic doctors, and I continue to deepen my understanding of the body and its incredible capacity to heal.

Through this work, I’ve come to understand that pain, disconnection, and imbalance are part of the human experience—but they don’t have to define it. When we’re truly seen, supported, and guided back into our bodies, transformation happens. We become more whole. More ourselves.

That’s what I offer: a space for you to reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater ease, alignment, and aliveness

"How lucky was I to find Kyle and his work! I wish I could leave two reviews, one for me and one for my daughter, as we were both his clients. Kyle has a profoundly calming table-side manner, a gentle touch, and a deep understanding of his practice. I felt totally comfortable in his presence, engaging with the work, and found myself thinking about my body and how I move in new ways that left lasting positive change in my body. Thank you, Kyle, for your service and your skill!"

"Kyle is the best. I did the full 11 Series for full body alignment and it was a game changer. I came into our first session with several long standing physical issues (lower back, ankle, knee, etc) and I could tell right away from our first session that I was on the right path and that this was the best medicine for my body.
Kyle really looked at the way my body moves, how my my body has been compensating for things that have been off, and then worked it out and gave me clear instructions to help me keep my posture and alignment where it naturally wants to be.
100% recommend!"

When structure aligns, energy flows

Structure is the language of the body — and when it is in harmony, function flows with grace.
When the body's architecture is balanced, breath deepens, movement becomes fluid, and the functions of life — walking, working, resting, being — unfold with less effort and more presence.
